I'm only 8 weeks but it's really getting me down. On top of that I'm suffering with dizziness caused by an imbalance in my ears - which apparently is made worse by pregnancy. Any advice please? Xxx

No advice. I'm 16+4 and feel sick all the time. The evenings are worse than ever. I've been on ever drug from the Drs and consultants and nothing is helping at all.

that sounds rotten. For most people the sickness lifts at 12 weeks. But that probably feels like a lifetime away for you at the moment. I found that the things that aren't really recommended did help a bit, such as bad for you carbs and cola. Resting is an absolute priority because your body is working so hard.

I was really dizzy up to 15 weeksish but this was down to the vomiting and medication side effects. The only think that helped was trying to keep my blood sugar up, again with any food or fluid that would stay down, and rest.
Have you been to the doctor? There might be medications that can help.

God, me too. It is truly hideous. I'm trying to take one day at a time. This too shall pass.
