So basically I need people's thoughts of this

Me and my boyfriend had sex loads from the start of my period in Feb which was from the 6th and it ended on the 10th we had sex every night a couple of times and he cummed in me every time!! (INO that's loads of detail but I have to let yous know this)

so on the 10th I went and got the inplant in and now iv been getting really bad cravings, head aches, feeling sick, went of some food and the tiredness and laziness is really bad!!! I took a pregnancy text today cuz my period is due in 4 days but it said negative could this be true or do yous think iv took it too early as it says on the pregnancy test take on the day period due or after!

ALSO I started bleeding yesterday and it's still here and my cramps are quit bad but the bleeding is light I dunno weather it's spotting or period!!

Highly unlikely you're pregnant, probably breakthrough bleeding from being on hormonal birth control. I'm sure the doctor will have explained that this could happen? Could be your period early.
I'm not sure why you were having a lot of unprotected sex (basically trying to conceive) and then get the implant, doesn't make much sense.
As people have told you 40 odd times take another test the day or day after your period would be due if you still think you're pregnant.

OP, you're bleeding, which is probably breakthrough bleeding since you have started hormonal contraception and you've had a negative pregnancy test.
There would be more chance of pigs flying than you being pregnant.

Op. If you've had unprotected sex before using any form of contraception then yes. It's likely you're pregnant. You're probably also one of those thickies who believed at school because you're a thickie that you couldn't get pregnant if you did it standing on your head backwards while he had his foot in a plant pot.

If you're that worried go see your GP. Who will test for you. And will probably give you a lecture on unprotected sex and the consequences thereof.
