could I be pregnant?

I'm late by 7-8 days now, been having cramps for 2 weeks and last few days really bad back pain and dizziness! Also been feeling sick for couple of weeks and have been sick a few times. Done 2 tests but both negative! Been so ratty aswell! Could they have been false negatives? Can't get a doctors appointment for another 6 days! not feeling good at all! Any advice?

I'm in the exact same position!! Both my pregnancy tests said negative

It's strange my partner made me do 1 early even though I told him it wasn't a good idea but he was too excited to wait so I did it and it was negative which I explained I wasn't surprised but days later I held off going to the toilet all night so was busting by mornings and did a different brand test and still said not pregnant! He's now brought me another brand lol and said give it a few more days and test again! We're now inundated with different brand tests he's definitely more excited than me but then he doesn't have the pains and sickness to deal with haha! X

Yes shutupthomas we decided a couple of months ago we would start trying and yes we've been having unprotected sex just very strange if I was as it took me a year to conceive with my second!
