Hi everyone

The last few days I've suffered with nausea and can't keep my eyes open past 9pm which is unusual as I am a terrible sleeper!

However this morning I feel absolutely fine, no nausea and I'm beginning to worry. Should I have symptoms by now? Should I be worried?

no - morning sickness and the other delightful symptoms of the 1st trimester usually kick in from 6 weeks onwards. Tiredness and constipation will be the only niggles at 4 weeks. They will also come and go so don't worry if one day your ill and the next not so much so. just rest up

I was about the same stage when I found out I was pregnant and felt the best I had in months. With wonky cycles, the only reason I found out was because I took a test and that was only because we had an appointment at a fertility clinic the next day...

dizzylemon · 02/03/2016 15:07

And the important part there was that I had no symptoms whatsoever until about 6 weeks...

I had no symptoms at 4 weeks, in fact I didn't even know I was pregnant! For me my symptoms started from about 5 weeks and I found out I was pregnant a few days later.

I'm 28 weeks and have had no symptoms, apart from insomnia. Some people just don't get symptoms, although I'd definitely know I'm pregnant by now due to the moving bump Grin

I barely had any symptoms throughout my entire pregnancy apart from the odd feeling of nausea. My boobs were never ever sore and actually shrunk rather than get bigger! You are so early in the pregnancy, don't read too much about what to expect as every pregnancy is different. Also, symptoms come and go, so one day you might get loads of symptoms, the next day, none at all. If you have a positive pregnancy test then you are pregnant, even if you have no symptoms at all.

Not to worry - you will feel terrible from 6 weeks on ;)

BeckyNW · 06/03/2016 20:13

I shouldn't worry. If you are getting positive pregnancy tests then you are pregnant. Every person is different and every pregnancy is different, so you may get symptoms as time goes on or maybe not! I'm currently 7 + 3 weeks and grateful that the only symptoms so far are sore boobs when I wake up and the odd wave of nausea. But next week maybe I'll feel sick as a dog!

Congratulations and good luck!

Hello, I'm four weeks five days and paranoid too!

Hoping something kicks in soon so I can stop making myself paranoid Smile

Well I'm 5+1 today. Was exhausted most of last week and in bed by 9pm! The sore nipples have really kicked in so much so I'm wearing a sports bra today! My nipples seem constantly erect and elongated! Tmi lol

I've been suffering badly with constipation does anyone know what is safe to take?

Also today I've been feeling pretty spaced out. Not confused but like I'm in a bubble a couple of seconds behind in conversations. It's really strange!

Ahh, I had that spaced out feeling! Didn't really ease off until week 6.

I only had a couple of woozy sicky days during my fourth week, probably because of hcg spike - I always get a couple of crappy days after a spike/growth spurt.

My symptoms didn't really kick in until week 6, and eased off again by week 8, then surged a bit towards the end of week 9. I'm now over 10 weeks and feeling pretty rough - had two scans both with heartbeats as recent as 9w 4 days.
