So, I have been vomiting, dizziness and painful cramps. I'm nearly 8 weeks. Just went to the A&e and basically I got seen initially - obs ok - I'm not bleeding which is great. Then to see someone they said its nearly a 4 hour wait, so I've come home. I have a 1 year old son. Any advice? What might the painful cramps be? Anyone experience these? I had a c-section just over a year ago xx
