worried about MMC

I had a scan at 7 and a half weeks and a scan at 9 weeks 4 days al laws good baby was moving away with a good heartbeat but since then all my symptoms have gone the sickness etc. I get painful cramps in my boobs every now and again and I get a few niggling cramps too!!! I'm now 11 weeks 3 days and scared for my 12 week scan incase I've had a MMC!! Has anyone else experienced this and seen a baby???

It sounds completely normal. Symptoms tend to fade around the end of the first trimester, and you can also start to get cramping twinges. Once you've seen a heartbeat at 9 weeks, the chances of miscarriage go down hugely. It's also totally normal to be worried about your 12 week scan, but chances are that everything will be fine
