Just wondering what the difference is between these two things as I have been told today that I have PGP but not sure what it is in relation to SPD.

SPD specifically describes pain in the symphysis pubis joint (near your front bottom Grin) whereas PGP is a more general term which covers the whole pelvic region, including SPD issues and others, like sacroiliac problems.

Thank you. It makes sense why she called it that then as I have pain in my very low back and bum as well. I had only heard of SPD so was confused when she mentioned PGP
