Does anyone else have to take this corticosteroid nasal spray?
I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have such a strong allergy to dust mites that my turbinates (balloon thingies in nose that filter air) are really inflamed so I have to spray this up my nose or I don't get ANY sleep at all.
I've been using it for years now. I have both allergic and vasomoter rhinitis.
The problems is, for the past few weeks, there's blood in the tissue every time I blow or wipe my nose.
Apparently this happens to 1 in 10 people but I'm worried the corticosteroids I'm spraying into my obviously sore nose, are going into my blood stream and will affect my embryo.
Anybody else have experience of this? ...I can't get to speak to an ENT doctor due to only have the NHS and my GP doesn't know!
