I will have a csection and a toddler and think i sling would be good. I know there are sling libraries but what would people recommend?

Linen-blend wovens would be less hot than a stretchy probably...

I am due in July and will look at a simple stretchy. I won't overdress the baby or me and we should help to regulate each others temp. I will do a little more research and probably ask on one of the sling fb pages. There are lots of experienced wrappers on there. I will let you know what I decide.

When I went to John Lewis Oxford street they had a 'fake' baby to put in the slings you tried on, it was like a weighted doll.

With my DD1 I tried the Bjorn but I have bad shoulders, was quite painful.

This time I tried on all the slings with the JL 'baby' inside and this really helped determine comfort. I went with Close Caboo Organic cotton one, was comfortable on my shoulders.

I think it helps to try them on as we all have different shapes etc
