I took the morning after pill on the 11th, and have just found out that I AM pregnant for sure (test yesterday was a bit confusing so used a clear blue digital one) Have told my parents and my mum laughed, DH has gone to face his mother, who told us that we should never have another baby becaue of DS and dd1's cerebral palsy Obv. this wan;t planned but I feel excited and happy...

Excellent news and like has been said was meant to be

SparklyXmasKat · 29/12/2006 15:49

lol, my body literally goes into labour, starts with contractions, a show, then I go into second stage, then my waters break and I deliver. Its not a case of my body just releasing the baby, I have the full monty, just far too early

lulumama · 29/12/2006 15:53

wow sparkly...guess that is just what your body does!

SparklyXmasKat · 29/12/2006 15:53

DS was in for a week, dd1 was in for 5 weeks, and dd2 was in for 3 weeks.
DH has already said that once I hit 27 weeks I have to 'sit on my arse all day and doing nothing' lol

Ds was a 35 weeker, dd1 was 31 weeker and dd2 a 33 weeker. The longest labour was dd2, which was 12 hours, dd1 was 2 hours!! and DS was a C/section as he was breech

i agree with mellowma, i maintain that ds should have been born MUCH earlier. i was in labour at 35w, it just all stopped and when i got my cs it took 2 docs to dislodge him from my pelvis (his head was the same size as a 5w old)

omg, im so pleased for you. so guess youll be the 1st sept antenatal

ooooh congrats GothKat!! You will be joining a very select club of mothers-of-four, dontcha know

SparklyXmasKat · 29/12/2006 16:12

with DS I went into labour at 30 weeks, but as he was breech, he couldn;t come down, so it all stopped, but went into labour at 35 weeks and they had to deliver him
