Strep Throat and Belly 'Prodding?'

Hi....i hope some one can help or has been in similar situation. Im 15 weeks on Tuesday and have a sore throat (nothing else) feels like Strep Throat. I also keep getting this prodding on my right side of small bump. I dont know if it is all connected; now worried baby is prodding as it has my infection i know it sounds weird....dont know what else the prodding could be. It doesnt Hurt, its like a small tap inside now and then, could it just be my muscles?

Baby moving!! 15 weeks is exactly when I started feeling ds1. Hope the sore throat improves. Very much doubt baby knows or cares you have one tho

Thanks the only way i can describe it is like heartbeat prodding...like palpitations.

Baby moving does feel like prodding, or bubbles popping or fluttering. V strange sensation at first. Enjoy these delicate movements as once it's bigger it's more like an elephant on your bladder! Exciting times ahead!
