Hi Can anyone recommend a pregnancy yoga DVD? I'm 20 weeks pregnant and apart from walking I don't exercise. Someone recommend yoga, I use to do it years ago and always enjoyed. I planned to attend antenatal yoga classes but not for a few more weeks. thanks

Try YouTube. There's loads of videos for pregnancy yoga on there.

I have Nadia Narain dvd which is good and does similar to the classes I attend. Tara Lee was recommended as well but I found the DVDs expensive.

Tara Lee one is great.

I've just done Lesley Fightmaster prenatal yoga on youtube. 35 minute routine, really enjoyed it considering I usually do Ashtanga!

I second Nadia narain too! And to the pp who used to do Ashtanga - I still practice a very modified primary series most days and do occasional pregnancy yoga alongside it! Check out yoga sadhana for mothers - a great book by Anna wise with birth stories from Ashtanga practitioners and also pictures of a modified self practice. It's keeping me going (and semi sane!) and I'm 28 weeks now!

Ooh thanks for that, I'll have a look. I went straight to prenatal because I often get lightheaded in the standing forward bends - I'm getting lightheaded just standing up at the moment so definitely need to modify!
