Im 9weeks pregnant today and last night started with mild period pain (not pain what hurts) I still have the pain this morning and all my pregnancy symptoms stopped about a week ago but havent come back is it something I should be worried about? I havent had any bleeding.

Could be something or could be nothing. Go to early pregnancy clinic and get a scan done. Varies whether you need referral or not.

I had lots of this - just uterus stretching out. Was white painful actually!

Ive phoned up the early pregnancy unit and all they have said is my scan was all fine at 7 weeks and 4 days. And they are only concerned if I was bleeding and was in pain. Iv got to wait while the 23rd to see a midwife im just worrying because I have had a previous MC x

Its probably just everything stretching. I had the same in the early weeks and this is my second pregnancy.

Would u say its normal for all symptoms to disappear to. ? I havent had any for a week:(

Mine didn't dissapear as such, but Iv heard others say theirs did.
Do you suffer with morning sickness?

seven201 · 11/02/2016 22:04

Symptoms came and went then came back a week or so later with me.

I'm 10+2 and I've been sick for pretty much the last 5 weeks. I've felt great this week though, no sickness and more energy... so naturally worried like mad thinking something was wrong. Made tea tonight though and felt like being sick at the smell of pasta cooking so it feels like normalness has resumed. From why I've read (first pregnancy) these symptoms can come and go. I had early scare due to bleeding but scan went well at 6+3 too. Xx

Pain like this is very normal. I was surprised by how sore I was in my first pregnancy.

I would be very relaxed about symptoms disappearing. It's an ever changing journey of throwing up, sore boobs, piles and snotty noses. Something else will be along soon!

I had something similar between 9-10 weeks. A real throbbing ache that was waking me up at night and randomly disturbing me throughout the day. It went on for about 3 days. Not a rhythmic or regular pain and more a discomfort than 'painful' but enough to catch me off guard when it happened. I had noticed at the time that I wasn't feeling as sick and my boobs weren't as tender, so was slightly worried.

Anyway it soon stopped. There was no bleeding. My boobs are still full, still leaking colostrum! Cravings are most definitely still there. Tummy is starting to stick out and I generally still 'feel' pregnant. Scan isn't for another 10 days yet. Apparently this is likely to be round ligament pain and is about the time the uterus pops up over the pelvic bone.

Hope all is still ok for you Smile

I had this with both of my pregnancies and it was just stretching pains.

From what others have said about their experience of miscarriage they had very severe cramps followed quickly by the beginnings of losing blood rather than 'period pains'.

Im now 19 weeks and every time i should be 'due on' i get some cramps and every time i should be ovulating i get really stringy ewcm! Presumably at 10 weeks you 'should' be having a period which is why you might be getting period like cramps now
