im pregnant and lost all symptoms Scared :(

I am really worried! :( I have had one MC and I am now pregnant again. I went for a scan at my early pregnancy unit as I was suffering severe abdominal pain they scanned me and said the pregnancy was fine and that I am 7 weeks and 4days and the pain was due to constipation. Its been a week since I had my scan and suddenly Im no longer in pain just a little period time cramps im not constipated anymore my boobs are no longer sore and my sickness is no longer there infact I feel great. Is this a bad thing as its all sudden.? I have rang my EP unit up but all they say is long as theres no bleeding there not concerned. Its playing on my mind that ive lost my baby :( :( has anyone else had this happen to them I should now be 8weeks and 5days.

Around 8-10 weeks the placenta starts to supply the baby with nutrients so the strain on your body is much less.

The same thing happened to me and my son is 3 months old now :)

Its torture knowing I still have just over 3weeks for my scan. But thankyou. I just need to try and stay positive I wickle really bad.

The first 12 weeks before the scan are the longest 12 weeks of being pregnant and it gets much easier. It must be ever worse if you've had a previous loss too.

Try not to worry though it's easier said than done!

My morning sickness magically disappeared for a few days around 8 weeks... and then returned with a vengeance!
