Cramping and bleeding
Hello, I've had brown spotting for over a week now and slight back ache and cramping on and off but never too intense. Last night I had a couple sharp pains in my groin and buttocks. Have also been slightly constipated (sorry if tmi!) went to bed really early as so tired recently and when I got up this morning I had bled dark red blood, not tonnes but enough. I am so worried I don't know what to do I have blood test today and again on Friday. I think I am about 5/6 weeks gone so early pregnancy unit won't see me until had bloods done. I have also not had a period since April last year and coming off the pill.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated xx

Sympathise, going through the same. Bloods done yesterday and back Thursday, results on Friday.. It's an emotional rollercoaster, try to relax

I tested to see if I was pregnant a week after I ovulated and was negative . But my period is normally 7 days and was for 2 days with dark brown blood and never normally happens I'm confused what's happening ?

Thanks Applecrumbling, it's so hard to relax though isn't it! It's all i can think about, blood test again on friday so wont find out until next Monday.

Hi ladies, im 5 weeks 4 days so really early days. I went to hospital yesterday because ive been having real bad cramps worser than period pains no bleeding but it feels like im going to bleed but then the cramps go they keep coming and going, also i dont feel pregnant i have 2 children and had pregnancy symptons with both but this time round i dont feel anything, on the scan i had yesterday they couldnt see a heartbeat is this normal? They said maybe its too early to pick up a heartbeat im due to have another scan in 2 weeks time to see if they can see a heartbeat. Am i having or had a misscarige? Im really worried! Im just hoping its too early

Yes it's hard. I'm trying to stay distracted/ almost denial at times. I'm still spotting but more of it however dark blood. Will get another test this morning. How are you today?

I'm still spotting as well, after the bigger bleed over night on Monday it has calmed down and gone back to brown spotting when i go to the loo. I will get the results of yesterday's blookd test this afternoon but I am guessing it wont mean anything until I get the results from Friday's blood tests on Monday... seem's like such a long time to wait! The majority of the slight cramping has gone as well, although still feeling extremely tired, sleeping 10 hours plus easily each night and still tired. Also been feeling dizzy on and off which is strange. It sounds bad, but i think the worst part of it is is that i feel like i am in limbo not knowing for sure. It is taking everything in me not to do another pregnancy test as it wont mean very much if it is positive!
