Does anyone know if this is safe?
My mum has a lovely vintage crib, but it's blue and I am having a girl and would prefer it white.

It depends on the paint. I used www.nurserypaint.co.uk which is safe. One tin did the cot and a chest of drawers

I painted a grotty cot bed a beautiful green shade and put stickers on it.

There is paint you can by that is safe for children and also safe to use in pregnancy. It's a bit chalkier than normal paint and I found it didn't go as far but the result was beautiful.
