Pregnant but pains during the night

Hi there.
I found out on Tuesday that I'm pregnant possible ly only 4 to 5 weeks but I get bad pain for about ten minutes in the night every night till yesterday. Do I worry that the pain just went or is it normal and possibly just period pain when I should have been due one?

Pregnancy is full of strange pelvic pains, some quite bad.
I remember reading somewhere that if a pregnancy is healthy, it's pretty hard (near impossible) to shift it.
That gave me some confidence that if its meant to be, it will be and there's not much I can do about it either way.
Now 20 weeks pg with dc3 after a mc in May last year.

I worry because I've had numerous cyst in the past which have caused me a lot of pain but thank you I shall probably live by that now
