So today I had mild cramps in the middle of my uterus for a good 3 hours at least. Is this a possibly a good sign that I am pregnant? Breasts aren't that tender but definitely fuller.
It's the 8th month I'm trying and I really hope there is good news to come.

You will find more help on the conception board. No one here can tell you if you are pregnant. You need to take a test!

No one can tell you. A test can.
If you've had unprotected sex and are of fertile age then yes you could be pregnant is the answer.

I have had cramping at this stage in my pregnancies, I think it is normally implantation pains, mine felt like dull period pains. I would take a test first thing in the morning it may well show up this early, if not wait until AF due, I think it sounds positive, good luck Flowers
