Mild cramps in the middle of my uterus at 10dpo. Is that normal?

So today I had mild cramps in the middle of my uterus for a good 3 hours at least. Is this a possibly a good sign that I am pregnant? Breasts aren't that tender but definitely fuller.
It's the 8th month I'm trying and I really hope there is good news to come.

No one can tell you. A test can.
If you've had unprotected sex and are of fertile age then yes you could be pregnant is the answer.

I have had cramping at this stage in my pregnancies, I think it is normally implantation pains, mine felt like dull period pains. I would take a test first thing in the morning it may well show up this early, if not wait until AF due, I think it sounds positive, good luck
