Recently found out. Feel like crap

I only found out this week I was pregnant. I'm between 8/10 weeks. Had been feeling a bit under the weather, but nothing like this week.
I'm so tired, don't want to eat, I'm freezing. And got a horrible headache.
This is pregnancy #2 but that was 10 years ago. I don't remember feeling like this.

Is this normal?

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 8+3 today. I'm freezing when I've never been cold before haha and I'm already in bed at 20.33. And so sickly during the day!
