Hi, I am new to mn and this topic probably has been discussed so many times. I will be 40 in June and found out I am 6.5 weeks pregnant last week. We have done 2 IVFs before but failed and suddenly naturally conceived out of the blue. I tested positive when I was 13 days missed period, since then I tested everyday and still positive. But apart from the missing period, I don't feel pregnant at all. No sore boobs, no sickness, no tiredness, nothing at all. Instead, I got pinching/ pulling sensation around the lower abdomen, still got period cramp from time to time. Should I be worried ladies???
