Hi everyone. I'm a bit worried I'm putting on too much weight. I was previously very overweight ~5 years ago but got down to a health weight before conceiving.
Can I ask
- how much weight did you put on from conception to full term
- was it evenly spread throughout the weeks? To what extent does it ramp up at the end?
- how much weight did you lose immediately through birth?
For someone who is 5ft2 and started at 140lbs, what is a good range to aim for?
