Bloating at 22 weeks

Hi All
I'm 22 weeks with my first, and it doesn't matter what I eat I'm so bloated, does anyone have any tips?

I am also 22 weeks and suffering with bloating. I have been trying to do yoga which really helps. Might help you too?
