So this is my first official day of maternity leave with my first baby. Due on 28th Feb. Thought I'd be able to chill out n lie in instead I'm absolutely loaded with cold throats like razor blades and I have nil movement in my back. I can just about hobble one room to another. I just feel so run down and weak. Anyway sorry about the moan ha

Catching a cold is so hard when you're pregnant and can't take any decent drugs. You have my sympathy. Get well soon. Flowers

Ahhh you poor thing!! At least it gets it out of the way before the birth.

I found when pregnant the best ease for this is to put the plug in the bath and a dollop of vicks then run the shower really hot and just sit in the bathroom on a chair and breathe in the vapour air.

Poor thing. If it makes you feel any better to have a worse story I broke my foot and tore all the ligaments in my leg just before Christmas. No pain relief. God it has been painful. For weeks! Your cold will be gone soon! Lots of water and fresh oranges and maybe a hot toddy Smile I'm sure it won't make you feel any better tho!

My story I mean...! The hot toddy will!

I feel for you conline. I've just got over a THREE week cold. As a PP said, at least it gets it out the way before the birth. It will be gone soon!
