Pain in belly button

Anyone had this in later pregnancy? I didn't find out what it was with my last pregnancy and now it's starting again already at 18 weeks. It feels like sharp pulling inside and stops me in my tracks. Seriously affected my mobility.

yeah i've had it on and off- it's one of the signs that baby is breech and their head is literally pushing against your belly button. Damn uncomfortable!! Yours might be different though- but i know that was the suspected reason for my belly button discomfort, it eased off when he moved from breech.
