So this morning I woke up with bad tummy ache and had diarrhea felt awful all day with morning sickness and this afternoon Iv had bad diarrhea again. Everything Iv eaten has more or less come straight back out (sorry tmi) I think I'm about 8wks but I was the opposite with DD couldn't go for days. Have I got a bug or is diarrhea one of the lovely symptoms of pregnancy?
