This may not even be the place for this as its not really pregnancy related. Just wondering what people's figure/body did after pregnancy.
DC1 due mid March and we have a wedding mid june. I know you can never tell what you will be like 3months after birth until your there but what is realistic? I want to purchase a dress for this wedding (and hopefully use it a month later at another wedding) but ideally want to look at styles now so when I have DC1 with me clothes shopping it won't be a total nightmare Grin
Did you find that styles that suited you pre pregnancy were the same after? Or did it change completely?

It took me ages. At 3 months I was 2 dress sizes bigger than pre pregnancy. In fact I lost about 10 lbs by 8 months post partum and was e still around 2 sizes bigger. I didn't get back to normal till my ds was 2.

Lots of people say that about feet! How does that happen, how do you gain foot weight? I'm unsure!

I know what you mean about the online shopping, but it's an option!

I think people should just not get married! Hehe.
I just want something that I won't feel like a grump in like I have done these past 25ish weeks.
I have a colour and style in mind and think I may see if I can afford a spray tan or something too

Yes! I think a spray tan always helps! Everyone looks slimmer with a bit of a tan. Fact!!! Smile I've found that when I'm conscious of the odd lump and bump, it has made all the difference!x

Feet increase apparently due to relaxation of ligaments during pregnancy that don't all snap back. Not sure why it happens to some people and not others.
