Hi All
Does anyone have any tips? I'm really struggling with sleep even though I'm exhausted. I fall asleep fine but am a really light sleeper and the slightest noise wakes me (always has but have always been able to get back to sleep) and it's generally taking me 2-3 hours to get back to sleep after being woken at 2/3/4am. DP has started sleeping in the other room as he needs his sleep. Any ideas on how to get to sleep again? I'm so ridiculously tired.
