Numbness??

Yet again I have a migrane but once again no pain just blurred vision amd pins and needles and numbness in hands (typing is slow!! ) - apparently it is because I suffer from low blood pressure (even when not pregnant) - is there anything you guys know that can raise my blood pressure??

Does anyone else get this - migrane when no pain or am I a freak too and what did you do if you did have this happen to you??

To top it all I have to go to the dentist with DD this afternoon and now means getting a cab cause I can't drive!!

I had this when pregnant with ds2, in the last 3 months. I had numbness down one side and it was scary. The more I stressed about it the worse it got.
It put me off driving too.
Are you eating enough? It's just I found it worsened if I skipped a meal and improved if I snacked.

Yes I haven't had lunch yet but had some muesli and a roll for breakfast and have had lots of water and a cup of tea so far today - maybe I should go outside and get some fresh air.

Seeing midwife on Saturday morning so am going to see if there is anything that would help - massage or reflexology or something like that or maybe accupuncture.

try having some dried fruit/banana or something like that. It may help. you can carry raisins round with you to snack on too.
