Does 1 pack, 170g. Which looks like two halves constitute as ONE portion of oily fish? :/

yes I'd say so :)
...NHS website says aroun 140g is a portion so 170g will be fine www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Goodfood/Pages/fish-shellfish.aspx
