37 weeks. Tonight for an hour I was having period cramps every 10 mins lasting for one min each. They have totally stopped now, am I in labour or is it just practice?

Isn't there something called a latent phase where things can stop and start. The latent phase can for some people last ages.

Same happened to me on my due date. I honestly thought "this is it" then it all stopped. 6 days later I was in proper labour and wondered why the hell I thought the contractions on my due date was the start!

I had this for the week before I laboured, on and off. It just means things are preparing.
