Obviously I'm aware that no amount of guessing can predict the sex of my baby I just think of it as a bit of fun to get me excited I already have a son so no fussed either way although a girl would be lovley

I'm going to guess girl only cause it.looks similar to my friends scan. You might want to get MN to remove your picture and then you can add one that doesn't have your name etc on it if you are concerned about privacy that is :)

I don't think you can see the 'nub' in that picture, which is what gender guesses are usually based on. Do you have any others?

Guessing she looks girly? Have a check against your boy scan pick. I can see a difference in skull shape - we have 2 girls and expecting a boy. Lovely pic!

I will post a pic of my boys 12 week scan see if you can see the difference in that one I've heard about the nub theory and the skull theory but I'm not all that clued up on it x this is my sons 12 and 20 week scans can you see any differences x

I was always told a larger front part of the head is girl! That worked for me as my baby girl, now 10 months had a Very big pertruding forehead in her scan pics. I would say girl! Congratulations!!

Somebody else told me that about the forehead I wonder if there's any truth in it I've got a scan on the 28th so I will pop back then and let you no x

Hi, everyone guessed boy at my 12 week scan. If you look to the right of the photo you can see his willy just sticking up, if this was a girl the 2 lines would be pointing slightly down. That's the nub theory. Everyone guessed right, he's a boy.

That looks similar to my sons 12 week scan maurice and this one looks completely different so I'm swaying towards girl but don't want to pin to much on it x

lol no, just a random name selection, think I was watching something at the time. Yes my friend is having a girl. My scan had an obvious girl nub but a boy skull, my DD is now 7 months :)

Haha I wish it was obvious on this but it isn't I can't see anything I can't wait to find out all this guessing makes me excited x

I guessed boy on the shape of the skull, but I am by no means an expert!!
