looking for reassurance

So for the past 2-3 days I've been feeling a little off. Not sleeping, period type pain every now and then, (which I just presumed are BH) back ache and a lot of shortness of breath. Quite loose bowel movements. 29wks today, did anyone else have this?

Apart from shortness of breath, I've pretty much had all these since the first trimester. People mention constipation as a side effect of pregnancy but I've been the opposite (more regular than ever). Backache is quite common - could be ligaments or weight of the baby. Early on I had period pain feelings and was told this could be because of the ligaments also. I grew quite a lot between wk 28 and now (31wks). Shortness of breath seems common too as the baby grows. These seem quite normal from what I've read but if you're concerned, you could check with your midwife to be on the safe side. Best wishes x
