Bleeding at 28 weeks?

I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant, and when I went the toilet this morning I found a little blood in my sanitary towel. Tmi, but it reminded me of old period blood. Should I be worried or has anyone else had this? It's only a little amount so I'm not sure whether to call my midwife or not (second pregnancy). Any advice?

Ring your midwife. They'll probably say it's likely nothing and to only worry if it continues or gets worse, but ring them for advice anyway.

I would (also 28 weeks)

I had a several big bleeds from 28 weeks onwards and was hospitalised several times and was told to always tell your midwife if you are bleeding.
Hope it's nothing to worry about.

I would call. General rule of thumb is brown blood is old and usually fine. Bright red blood more concerning. I would call either way just to put your mind at ease. Hope all is well.

I had a small bleed at 28weeks. Ended up fine but they took me in to maternity assessment for a check up just to be sure.
