Upper tummy pain

I'm 37 weeks and I'm getting a horrible pain in Upper tummy.
The only way I can describe it is like when your really bloated (I'm not).
Im having to walk around scrunched up as it hurts more to walk stood up straight.
BP is fine so I know it's not pre eclampsia.

Oh and even slightly touching the upper right side is painful.
