20week scan

Hi all I'm 20 weeks next week and my scan is the first week in Jan. We are super excited but want to save the sex of the baby until we have the baby shower in march. Me and hubby just want to enjoy the excitement before telling all. Any ideas of quick responses wen people are asking what sex the baby is? A few people think we kno already and keep trying to squeeze it out of us. We've already made the mistake of saying we are going to find out!!

Tell them they couldn't tell you at the scan because the baby was in the wrong position, which may prove to be true.

Yes, just tell them you don't know. I wasn't going to tell anyone either, but I kept saying 'he' - a bit of a giveaway!

You could always ask the to write it down, and open the envelope at the time, so then you genuinely don't know (have a friend who did this).
Or not find out, then have a later scan?

My baby had its back to the scanner at 20w scan so they were unable to see, so it's also possible to say you don't know although difficult to stay quiet if you do...
