Hi,
Since going for a wee at 2am I have been in pain in my lower abdomen and lower back. All I've managed to do is curl up in bed. Passing urine seemed normal, I was half asleep so didn't notice if it looked normal but have been in pain since. Is this an UTI? Could it be something like a severe case of trapped wind? I'm 20w pregnant.
My GP is notoriously difficult at booking on the day appointments, what other options do I have if I can't get seen tomorrow by my gp?
The morning seems a long way away right now, any tips for dealing with the pain/discomfort?
TIA

Either a walk in or your dau at your hospital.
If it is a uti it needs to be treated asap.
Some doctors will even let you just bring a sample in for the nurse to check.
