I can not put my finger on it but feel generally yuck! Have had diarrhea this morning,have a headache,Upper tummy pain and back pain. So tired as well..

Phone your midwife for a blood pressure check as headache, tummy pain and general feeling of unwell can be signs of pre eclampsia.

BP is fine, if I feel any worse I will get seen again.
