Help - tingly feet - anyone stll up?

Hi, hope someone is around to help. I'm 13 weeks pg and for some reason the soles of my feet are really tingly, a bit like pins and needles. They have been like it for a couple of hours and have been quite sore all day, despite the fact that I have been wearing flat shoes.
Can anyone tell me if this is a sign of something bad?

I had that all through my 2nd pregnancy and it moved all up my legs as the months went by but only ever at night?! For me personally it wasnt a sign of anything bad just bloody annoying.
