When should I be feeling baby kick? I can't remember with my first born.

I'm currently 19 weeks and haven't felt a thing! I've been told I have s tilted uterus so I'm guessing this is the reason I'm not feeling much?

I didn't til around 22 weeks.

My midwife told me that it's normal to feel the first movements at any time to to 24 weeks. It also depends on the position of the placenta, if it's anterior (ie at the front) then you're likely to feel movements a bit later.

That should say "any time up to 24 weeks." Stupid auto correct!

I'm nearly 19 weeks with a tilted uterus (and posterior placenta so it's not that) and haven't felt anything yet either - wish it'd hurry up!!

Thanks for the replies. I remember with my first pregnancy I didn't feel him move much but thought it was earlier than this. He was refusing to move during our gender scan so maybe he's just lazy!

With all of mine I felt them at 15 weeks

Strawclutching · 20/12/2015 19:21

Baby 1: 25 weeks
Baby 2: 15 weeks

For me, not until 21 weeks. Don't worry Smile

I started to feel "sonething" at 17 weeks. Now at 19 it's definitely baby I can feel but only when I'm still and concentrating (which with a toddler doesn't happen often!)

This is my one and only pregnancy and I started feeling her moving at 20 weeks. I have been told I have an anterior placenta as well.
