Has anyone needed and been successful in finding a maternity coat for the winter? Last time I had a July baby so didnt need one but with this one due early May I am not going to get away with the normal one. I catch a train to work 2 days a week and so cant just have my normal one not done up- has to go right up to my chin! I actually have found one on GapMaternity site in the US but that involves getting my friend there to buy it for me and post it over. I cannot believe this gap in the UK market seems to be completely open still...

Hi There,

They have some in Topshop Maternity, it is available on the Topshop website. I have just got back from the states with the Gap one - which is very warm, but I did like the ones in topshop too - good luck

Have seen people recommending the Top Shop maternity coats.

oh tell me about it. i have rejected virtually everything i have seen - topshop ones are very short, isabella oliver do a cape but my goodness its mumsy (and expensivefor something with no sleeves).....

i am making do atm with a big knitted wrap cardigan thing. a hat, gloves and scarf. occasionally supplemented with DH's largest walking kagoul. stylish it is not. i am hoping that the baby arrives before any kind of snow.
