Think I've lost mucus plug - 32 weeks

Hi I think I've lost my mucus plug. I was in the shower and before cleaning I felt just come out a blob a bit like gelatin/snot that was cleary white and about the size of a 20p piece.

I'm pretty sure with DC1 I lost mine but it was around 37 weeks so wasn't concerned at all by that point.

Do you think it is the plug and if so will it regenerate on it's own or should I go into hospital?

I was engaged a few days ago 1/5 (I posted about that here too) so not sure if that makes it more likely to be or not.

Definitely call them to discuss! It's early enough that they would want to check you.

Mine came away at that stage, norm it's tinged with blood as well though.
And baby didn't come until 38 weeks (was induced).
Your plug can also grow back as well.

That's good to know.
I will phone maternity unit and see what they advise.
