Has anyone else's moles changed appearance during pregnancy?

I just noticed this mole on my arm earlier, I've never seen it before.

I'm having a major panic, can anyone set my mind at ease slightly?

I've got a doctors appointment on Monday for something else so will get him to check it out then too.

In all the pregnancy books I've read it says moles will change

I've grown at least one entirely new mole during my pregnancy and had a number of others change and grow, so hopefully it's standard. No harm in getting it checked though I think.

Moles and skin tags. Appear as if from no where. I've even had a skin tag on my lady parts. Lovely.

It's too early to say really this time (nearly 12wks), but last time I gained loads and those I already had grew. I was quite a moley person to begin with though. Apparently it's normal, but it never hurts to check them out even if it's just for peace of mind.
