Every morning I wake drenched in sweat Xmas Shock ....is it normal? Could it be the hormones? Does this happen to anyone else?

Oh yes. I have a little oven in me. I regularly wake up sweaty and icky.

I haven't had it since pregnant, but had it when i first came off bc, and i hear it's dreadful after birth ...oh joy! Xmas Hmm

Yes!! Feel like I am going through the menopause. Must be hormones surely?
Wake up in the middle of the night drenched :(
