Anyone had DC1 on time and DC2 early?

34 weeks pregnant with DC2 here and starting to think they're coming early.
The bump has visibly dropped and I'm getting the sort of strong Braxton Hicks and shooting, stabby back pain I did when pregnant with DS - but last time I only felt like this in the final week or so.
Is it common to have one baby on time - DS arrived at 40+1 - and a second baby early? Or do they more usually tend to follow the same pattern?

I was 3 days early with DD1 and 2 1/2 weeks early with DD2!

Even tho it was my first baby I knew I was having my lg early just had a feeling right from the start and she came 4 weeks early at 5lb. I think sometimes you just know xx
