Help. Bleeding at 6 weeks following FET.

Help. Bleeding after positive pregnancy test following FET
Help, I'm very worried. Had FET on 19th November, had a positive pregnancy test last week and the clinic said I would be 6 weeks now. Yesterday I had slight spotting, phoned the clinic and they said it was normal and nothing to worry about. Now I have very heavy, fresh bleeding and cramps. The clinic is closed until morning. Does this mean I have miscarried? (I am taking 8mg of progynova a day and 2 cyclogest pessaries per day.

I would call the clinic and try to get a scan. Had the bleeding stopped? I don't think bleeding def means it's all over. I've had bleeding in both this and my previous pregnancy- and I mean bright red bleeding, although it didn't last too long.
