BFP today.. suddenly feel pregnant!

So I got my BFP today, now I can feel little twinges and things.. I'm sure now I know I'm pregnant my body is acting like it. I haven't had any symptoms at all before today.. Anyone else had this? X

Hi. Your probably only noticing the symptoms now because you know and are concentrating on them more. I was the same with my first when I thought back I realised I did have the symptoms just didn't know lol xxx
