I've been feeling really tired and lethargic at the moment (at 18 weeks).

So please explain to me (a hormonal pregnant person) why I cannot snuggle down, hibernate and give birth in the spring like other animals.

That's a great idea. I might just do that (obviously with 3-4hrly trips to the loo during hibernation).

Mummageddon · 08/12/2015 21:49

I asked DH the same thing in the first trimester, why can't I just hibernate through it?
Either that or we should have the option to lay an egg instead, then DH can sit and incubate the egg.

You get 3-4 hours between trips to the loo parsnip? Lucky you. I've gone 3 times in my 2.5 hour nct class!

ParsnipSoup · 08/12/2015 22:47

I'm going to stop complaining about having to get up at night for a wee after hearing that!!!

Love the idea of laying an egg and then taking turns to incubate it! :D

I'd love to hibernate too, but the seeing issue is too big for me. I went for my 20 week scan today, it's a 20 minute walk from my house. I had to stop to pee twice on my way back, and was bursting by the time I got home too. Nightmare.

ToesAndFingersCrossed · 09/12/2015 00:13

That was supposed to say peeing not seeing!

You definitely should, think I will too 7+3 and exhausted x
