Hi, I'm 38 weeks, and started to get swelling in my hands and feet last week but since the weekend my right leg is more swollen then my left and it was aching all night. I've read that swelling is worse on the side the baby is on which matches in my case. When do I need to wory and call someone?

I think it would be wise to call someone. Swelling on one side, especially when associated with aching could be a blood clot in your leg. It's unlikely but still worth getting it checked out - could you call your midwife?

I got told (on here not mw) if you notice it in hands and face. I would say you should call someone. Get emergency dr appointment and get them to do the pee stick thinggy
