Hi, I'm 32 YO and 8 weeks today with no.2. I just wanted to post because I just don't remember being this exhausted my first pregnancy. Everyday I wake up I just want to climb back into bed, even lifting a cup of tea feels like a massive effort. I'm in bed by 8 each night and totally drained 24/7. I'm not normally a whinger but I just want to know if anyone else feels this exhausted and is it normal?

It is normal to feel awful especially on 2nd as you have your first to look after but not being able to lift a cup of tea sounds V bad - go see your GP today, they will probably do a blood test to check for anaemia.

I'm pg with #1 - 7+1 and completely wiped out. Can't do anything around the house just a struggle to drag myself into work everyday. Will be checking that the mw is testing for anemia at my appointment next week. I've heard it's normal though and passes around 12 weeks x
