Travel Insurance in pregnancy that covers pre-term birth costs

Hi, most travel insurers seem to say that they cover pregnancy, you don't need to mention you're pregnant it's just automatic

What I want it to avoid being the next Daily Mail story and find an insurer who covers medical costs involved in hospital care and repatriation for a pre-term baby, if one was born.

I'll be 27-29 weeks when we are away

Any recommendations?

I used insure&go because they covered preterm delivery and costs up to a certain point.

We used Direct Line. They were fab. I spoke to them directly & they confirmed all costs in regard to me and my baby if she were born early would be covered.
